Instructions

  4. In another bowl, combine baking powder, salt, and flour; gradually add to the chocolate mixture.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Form dough into balls and roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
