Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, basil, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  3. Spoon the beef mixture onto each wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
