  • 1 cup corn, grilled
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and grilled chicken.
  2. Add the grilled corn, diced red onion, feta cheese, and cilantro.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
