  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool, then mix the cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar to create the frosting and spread it on top.
