  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
