Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. In a large pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cooked beef mixture, and cooked noodles. Stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and paprika on top.
