  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  5. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; combine thoroughly.
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the beef mixture; fold in carefully.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
