1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra gooey cookies, add more marshmallows on top before baking.
