- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a slow cooker, add chicken breasts and turkey bacon.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir in cherry tomatoes, spinach, and orzo.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until orzo is tender.
Notes
