  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter until it turns golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the brown butter with pumpkin puree, sugars, and eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
  7. While the bread cools, prepare the glaze by whisking together maple syrup, heavy cream, and sea salt.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pumpkin bread before serving.
