  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree, cream, and egg until just combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface, roll it out into a circle, and cut into wedges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
