- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 carrot, cut into small pieces for decoration
- 1 black olive, halved for decoration
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in turkey bacon and chives.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for color.
- Decorate with carrot pieces and black olive halves.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
