  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the mousse into the prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
