  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Let it cool completely before slicing into bars.
