- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
