Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
