Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes to the pot and sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon back to the pot.
  5. Stir in the fresh dill and cream, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
  • This soup can be made ahead and reheated.
