A quick and easy recipe for rich, chocolate fudge that can be made in just five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and nuts until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the fudge into a greased pan and let it cool.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
