8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cups.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Top with holiday sprinkles before serving.
Notes
For a flavored version, try adding melted chocolate or fruit puree to the cheesecake mixture.
