1 pound spaghetti
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup onion, diced
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell peppers until softened.
Add the cooked chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the chicken mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
