  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, kielbasa sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and milk.
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the potato and sausage mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
