Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

A delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak using turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll the turkey bacon around the cooked vegetables and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Top each roll with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
