Ground Beef Enchiladas

A delicious and easy recipe for ground beef enchiladas that the whole family will love.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned.
  3. Add enchilada sauce, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
