- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup red candy melts
- 1/4 cup green sprinkles
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and green food coloring, mix until combined.
