Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warmed milk and yeast; let it sit until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, slice into rolls, and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again before baking them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  8. For frosting, mix powdered sugar and vanilla with a bit of milk until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
