- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 package German chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
