Egg Roll Soup

A warm and comforting egg roll soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add diced chicken ham to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and green onions to the pot.
  5. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and seasoning.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • This soup can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
