  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the coleslaw mix, cook until wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce and ginger, stir well.
  6. Top with cooked turkey bacon, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can replace turkey bacon with tofu.
