Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and nuts.
  4. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
