  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sausage, cooking until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, allowing it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined, then add the fresh spinach.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and mix well, cooking until everything is heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
