  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add chopped turkey bacon, onion, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  5. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning.
