- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (3 oz) raspberry Jell-O
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add cranberry sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
