  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 cups cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add cranberry sauce. Stir until smooth.
  7. Pour the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.

Notes

  • For an even sweeter taste, you may add more sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Feel free to substitute the cranberry sauce with other fruit toppings like cherry or blueberry.
