  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
  5. Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread orange juice over rolled dough and sprinkle with more cranberries.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
