Cranberry Meatballs

These Cranberry Meatballs are not only delicious but also perfect for any gathering, blending the flavors of turkey and bacon with a delightful cranberry sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well and form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar, and heat until warm.
  6. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with additional cranberry sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper to the meatball mixture.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
