Churro Cheesecake combines the classic flavors of churros with the creamy decadence of cheesecake, creating a delightful dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  5. Fold in sour cream and chocolate chips until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, whip the heavy cream and top the cheesecake with it.
