  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Roll dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Use your thumb or a small spoon to create an indentation in the center of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then allow to cool on a wire rack.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and fill the indentations with the chocolate.
