Ingredients
Scale
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Start by melting the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with honey until well combined.
Dip each strawberry slice into the melted chocolate, then place it on a parchment-lined tray.
Using a spoon, dollop some yogurt mixture over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
Repeat until all slices are coated, then freeze for about 1 hour until set.
Notes
For added texture, sprinkle some crushed nuts or granola on top before freezing.
Feel free to use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate for a different flavor.
