Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture; beat until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together.
  6. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, scoop the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
