  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes
