A delicious twist on a classic dish, this Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a savory and flavorful meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.

Notes

  • For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end of the baking time.
