- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
