  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the rice, beef broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in half of the cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
