  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the dough and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle cheeses on top.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and cut into smaller pieces.
  9. Place the pieces in a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
