Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough into a greased muffin pan and create an indent.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly firm.
