Caesar Salad Wonton Cups

A refreshing and unique take on classic Caesar salad featuring crispy wonton cups and turkey bacon.

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the wonton wrappers in a muffin tin and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and black pepper.
  5. Add the Caesar dressing and mix well.
  6. Once the wonton cups have cooled, fill them with the salad mixture and top with turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, feel free to add croutons.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time; assemble just before serving.
