  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a fruit topping, add your favorite berries after cooling.
