- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place half of the bread in the bottom of the dish.
- Add the mixed berries on top of the bread cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
