Berry French Toast Casserole

Start your morning off right with this delicious Berry French Toast Casserole. It’s an easy and crowd-pleasing breakfast that everyone will love.

  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place half of the bread in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the mixed berries on top of the bread cubes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • You can prepare the casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
