Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

Delight in these delicious baked ham and cheese croissants with turkey bacon, perfect for any meal.

  • 4 croissants
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Layer sliced ham and turkey bacon on the bottom half.
  5. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Close the croissant and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of black pepper or herbs between layers.
