Apple Crumble Chia Pudding

An easy and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of apple crumble with the health benefits of chia pudding, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 2 apples diced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir well. Let sit for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg until soft.
  3. Once the chia pudding has thickened, layer it in serving glasses with cooked apples and granola.
