Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the dry ingredients, followed by the apple cider.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
