  • 1 pound ground hamburger
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Add the ground hamburger to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Crumble the cooked turkey bacon on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
